What data is collected
Through the contact form: name, email or phone number, who the enquiry is for, the preferred format and any information you choose to share about your situation. That information may include data about health or other personal circumstances, which the law treats as specially protected.
Please share only what is essential to guide the first conversation. If the enquiry concerns a minor, it must be made by their parent or legal guardian.
If you get in touch by WhatsApp or email, the data you provide that way will be processed for the same purpose.
What it is used for
Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a first conversation. It is not used to send advertising or to build profiles, and no automated decisions are made.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form or by writing on your own initiative. For health-related information, the basis is your explicit consent (article 9.2.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
How long it is kept
For as long as needed to reply to your enquiry. If no support process begins, the data is deleted within twelve months at the latest. The form does not store a copy of the data on the website's server.
Who it is shared with
No data is passed on to third parties unless required by law. Two providers act as data processors in order to provide the service:
- Namecheap, Inc., the web hosting provider through which the form is sent.
- Google Ireland Ltd., the email service provider (Gmail) where enquiries are received.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to gianinacarneglia@gmail.com.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Confidentiality
All information you share is treated in the strictest confidence.
