When I can help
Behind every behaviour there is something being sought. Understanding it is the first step towards moving forward again.
Changes in behaviour at home or at school, difficulty adjusting, parents separating, moving house.
Questions of identity, difficulties at school, exclusion, conflicts with classmates, changes that are hard to put into words.
Separations, migration, career reinventions and stages when you no longer recognise yourself in your own life.
Any moment in life when something needs readjusting, or when you feel it no longer belongs to you.
My approach
Three perspectives that complement each other, to understand each person in their context and support them towards what truly matters to them.
Nobody changes alone. I see each person within their story, their family and their relationships.
Instead of asking what is wrong, I look at what that person is trying to achieve through what they do.
Making room for what hurts, without fighting it, and taking steps towards what you value.
Understanding without judging is the first step towards moving forward again.
A space free of judgement
How we begin
An initial contact for you to tell me what is happening and for us to see together whether I can help.
If we decide to begin, we agree on a set block of sessions designed around your situation and what you want to achieve.
Each session picks up from the last and adapts to how the process is going. In person in Castelldefels and Barcelona, or online.
The first session is always with the parents. In it I explain how I work and, from there, I begin the sessions with your son or daughter. The work is systemic: I support the child and the family as well, and I keep you updated on how the process is going.
About me
Since I was a child I have wondered what moves people to do what they do, and that question guides my work with children, adolescents and adults.
My path brings together psychology, coaching and human resources, always focused on people: how they grow, how they change and how they find their own way.
